Q. I’m not very I.T. literate, do you think I’ll be able to access the course OK?
A. Yes, absolutely. All of the courses and tutorials have been designed to be super accessible, whenever or wherever you wish to study.
Q. Do I need to purchase any additional software or download any apps?
A. No, nothing. You can access your course from any of your media devices, such as; mobile phone, laptop, computer and other audio devices.
Q. Once I’ve made a purchase, are there any other costs, or would I need to purchase any other course materials?
A. No, not at all. The price that you pay for the course covers all of the advertised content.
Q. How do I purchase a course?
A. Have a look in the Online Study and read over the course content. When you are ready to make your purchase, simply click on the button at the bottom of the course page ‘Start Now’ to make a payment.
Q. I don’t have a Paypal account and don’t want one either, can I pay by another way?
A. Yes. Once you click on the ‘Start Now’ button on the course page, you will automatically be shown a Paypal badge, however, scroll down and you will see the option to pay by debit or credit card. You do not need to open an account. If you have any problems or questions at all, remember, we are always here and happy to help.
Q. Is there any homework or assessments, as I really don’t want to commit to extra work or feel pressured to complete coursework?
A. Not at all. All courses and tutorials are for you to enjoy in your own time, whenever convenient. There is no homework or any hand-in assessments.
Q. What happens after I’ve made a payment?
A. After your payment transaction has completed, you will automatically receive a notification that your purchase is complete. Go then to your email inbox, where you will see a ‘Welcome Email’, with links to setting your own lifetime password and immediately accessing your course. If you cannot see the email in your inbox, please check your filters and junk folders. Should you still not see the email, the Online Administration Office is open between 1pm-9pm GMT.
Q. What if I forget my username or password?
A. No problem. If you forget your username or password, contact us and we will be happy to provide you with your login details.
Q. What happens after I have logged in?
A. After logging in, you will automatically be taken to your Personal Profile Page, where a list of your chosen courses will be displayed below. Scroll down and click on your course or tutorial. If your chosen course has several modules, these will all be displayed at the same time and you can choose the order you study in.
Q. Do I need to keep or follow the Welcome Email in future to log in?
A. No. You can keep the email link if you wish, however, in future, you can go straight to www.carolesawo.com website, click on ‘Study Online’, and click on the ‘Online Student Login’ button at the top right hand of the page to login.
Q. Once I have watched or listened to the course, can I re-access it?
A. Absolutely. You can access your course or tutorial as many times as you wish before course expiry.
