This information is collected to monitor general user trends, to inform and improve our services.  We do not collect unnecessary information and as such, very few cookies are used by this website.  We may use cookies to analyse web traffic and to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not.  Cookies may be used and stored on your computer when accessing this site.

When purchasing tickets, registering for classes or products, or subscribing on our website, you agree to your details being electronically captured and stored by us.  We regularly remove any expired private information from our website on your behalf.  Should you wish to unsubscribe from newsletters at any time for any reason, please do so at the bottom of the newsletter or contact us.   If you wish to have all of your details removed permanently from all of our systems, please contact us and we will delete all information provided immediately.

We do not share (or sell) your information.  Information submitted will not intentionally be shared with any other party, except to comply with the Law.

We do, however, take all unauthorised attempts to access our website very seriously and would ask that you notify us immediately, should you suspect any tampering has occurred.

In order to provide you with our online services, we utilise the following 3rd Party Processors & Plugins; Mailchimp (sending newsletters & monitoring trends), Google Analytics (monitoring website usage), Fever, WordPress, LMS & Ecwid (facilitate this website, online courses & purchases online), Facebook (information and advertising) & Paypal (provide a secure method of payment for services offered).  All of our 3rd Party Processors have their own Privacy Policies. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the individual Privacy Policies of our 3rd Party Processors.

In preparing this Privacy Policy, Hebe House Limited conducted an in-house Informational Audit of data collection and storage of your information. We do not collect or store your credit or debit card details.  The information you voluntarily provide us or is automatically collected when utilising our services, is and has always been treated with the uttermost respect for your privacy and security, and is only ever utilised to keep you informed, provide you with, or improve our services.  Irrespective of changes to Data Protection laws, all available means of protecting your Personal Information has and will always be taken by us on your behalf and will continue to be protected as if it were our own personal information.
