Q.    I’m not very I.T. literate, do you think I’ll be able to access the live class or course OK?

A.    Yes, absolutely.  All of the classes and courses have been designed to be really accessible, whenever or wherever you wish to study.

Q.    Do I need to purchase any additional software or download any apps?

A.    Live classes require you to download the free Zoom app.  All courses utilise any of your media devices, such as; mobile phones, laptops, computers, and other audio devices.

Q.   Once I’ve made a purchase, are there any other costs, or would I need to purchase any other course materials?

A.    No, the price that you pay for the class or course covers all of the advertised content.

Q.    How do I purchase a live class or course?

A.    Read over the class or course literature.  When you are ready to make your purchase, simply click on the button at the bottom of the page.

Q.    I don’t have a Paypal account and don’t want one either, can I pay by another way?

A.    Yes.  Once you click on the button at the bottom of the page, you will automatically be shown a Paypal badge, scroll down and you will see the option to pay by debit or credit card.   You do not need to open an account.  

Q.    Is there any prior experience, homework, or assessments, as I really don’t want to commit to extra work or feel pressured to complete coursework?

A.    Not at all.  All classes and courses are for informational and educational purposes only. There is no homework or any hand-in assessments.

Q.    What happens after I’ve made a payment?

A.   After your payment transaction has completed, you will automatically receive a ‘Welcome Email’ in your inbox.  Live classes students do not need to login anywhere.  Just before the event date, you will be sent your private access link to the live class.  Online study students will need to follow the link to set a lifetime password and can immediately begin the course.

Q.    I didn’t receive a Welcome Email?

A.    If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your filters. Should you still not see the email, please contact Student Support and we will be happy to sort things out for you.    

Q.    What if I forget my username or password?

A.    If you forget your username or password, contact us and we will be happy to provide you with your login details.

Q.    What happens after I have logged in?

A.   After login, you will automatically be taken to your Personal Profile Page, where a list of your chosen courses will be displayed below.  Scroll down and click on your course title.  If your chosen course has several modules, these will all be displayed at the same time and you can choose the order in which you study.

Q.    Do I need to keep or follow the Welcome Email in future to log in?

A.  No. You can keep the email link if you wish, however in future, you can go straight to this website, carolesawo.com, click on ‘Courses’, then ‘My Courses Login’ and login. 

Q.    Once I have watched or listened to the online study course, can I re-access it?

A.    Yes.  You can re-access your course 24/7, as many times as you wish for one year after purchase.
